Per the Brisbane Times, continuous rain has put the Australian town of Kempsey underwater. Levees have been breached, more than 21,000 people have been isolated, and a man was found dead near Coffs Harbour, north of Kempsey, the Times reported Saturday. Kempsey is located in New South Wales in Eastern Australia, halfway between Brisbane and Sydney.
