Per Yonhap News Agency in South Korea, a day after conducting a nuclear test, North Korea fired two short-range missiles on Tuesday, according to a South Korean official. The official said “the North is continuing its saber-rattling,” yet he declined to say whether the fresh missile launches were tests.
