Sudan bombs Darfur refugees in Chad

Per the New York Times, Sudanese planes have dropped seven bombs on a Darfuri refugee camp in Chad, suspending UN and humanitarian movements and reportedly killing two people. The act, which occurred on sovereign soil of a foreign country, has sparked controversy.
