TwitPics: Flooding in the Philippines after torrential rains

Torrential rains from tropical storm Ketsana has caused the worst flooding in decades in the Philippine capital of Manila and nearby provinces, reports BBC News.

BBC News also reports that 72 people are feared dead and more than 250,000 have been driven from their homes.
