UPS offers new option to ship green

UPS has announced an option for customers to offset the carbon dioxide emissions that are created through the shipping of their packages across the U.S.

While there is a fee for this option, it is only five cents for regular shipping or 20 cents for overnight. UPS also plans to match the cost of fees up to $1 million to further fund climate change research and offset the CO2 emissions. More information about UPS’ plan can be found here.
