T-Mobile and Danger users lose data which may not be recovered

T-Mobile experienced another glitch this weekend that caused some Sidekick users to lose all of their data, with the possibility of it not being recovered.

The New York Times reported that employees at T-Mobile have been working to fix these issues, but many have already lost all contact and calendar data. This happened for those Sidekick users whose batteries were either removed or ran out.

Twitterers are reacting with frustration to the glitch with T-Mobile:

T-Mobile employees are working with customers and have begun crediting some users’ accounts with a month of free data service. More information as to what measures the company will take will be released Monday.
