CNN reports, a cargo train collided with a passenger train in Pakistan’s commercial capital of Karachi on Tuesday, killing 12 people and wounding 19 others, police said.

The crash was caused by a technical error and the death toll will most likely rise as emergency workers continue to help those on board.
