Brady Green, accused of stalking model and talk show host Tyra Banks, was convicted Thursday morning at Manhattan’s criminal court, reports People Magazine. Along with stalking, Green was also convicted of harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment.

He will serve no jail time but will be required to move away from New York City.
