“The Hills” star Heidi Montag was hospitalized in Costa Rica Saturday night, E! Online reports.

Montag and husband Spencer Pratt have been in Costa Rica filming the NBC reality show “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!”  It’s not known yet what exactly is ailing Montag–some news outlets are reporting it’s a stomach infection–but she and Pratt have been visibly struggling through the jungle setting of the show.
