Farrah Fawcett & Ryan O’Neal to Marry

According to ABCNews.com, Ryan O’Neal, longtime companion of actress Farrah Fawcett, has revealed the couple will finally tie the knot.

“I’ve asked her to marry me, again, and she’s agreed,” O’Neal, 68, told Barbara Walters during an exclusive interview for “20/20,” which will air Friday at 10 p.m. ET.

The pair first began dating in 1980 and have one son, Redmond.  Fawcett was diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006 and has since fought a very public battle with the disease.
