Per CNN.com, the passing of world-wide pop star Michael Jackson just got more complicated with the revelation that–according to the Los Angeles County coroner–his death was a homicide, a result of a lethal combination of drugs.

Documents indicate that Michael Jackson’s official cause of death is “acute propofol intoxication” as a result of excessive amounts of the drug and others. Previously, Jackson’s death on June 25 at the age of 50 was said to be from cardiac arrest, although speculation that foul play was involved has remained strong in the months since.
