“The Office” Films Wedding Episode in Niagra Falls

According to EW.com, “The Office” cast packed their bags this week for a rare on-location film shoot: Niagra Falls! The hit NBC sitcom decided to use the popular New York/Canadian tourist spot as the backdrop for the wedding of Jim and Pam (played by John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer), the show’s signature couple. 

Cast member Mindy Kaling tweeted on Wednesday that she was at an airport about to go to a “mysterious location.” This morning she tweeted that she was headed back to Los Angeles, signaling that the shooting is likely complete.

The Twitterverse was excited by the shoot–with some Twitterers even saying they wanted to go to Niagra Falls themselves.
