With the “Sex and the City” cast resuming filming this week for a sequel to the 2008 TV-to-film hit, leaked photos have the internet buzzing.

In the photos we see Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw dressed in a current fashion-forward outfit, as well as get-up and hairstyle that scream 80s. It appears that the sequel is going to include some flashbacks, perhaps from when the four lovely ladies of “Sex and the City” first moved to New York City.

As fans heavily anticipate this new installment of the “Sex and the City” franchise, the world of Twitter weighs in:
