Jackson Tribute Concert Postponed Til Summer 2010, Venue Changing

The Michael Jackson tribute concert originally planned to take place later this month in Vienna has been postponed until June 2010 and moved to London, reports BBC News.

The event organizer, Jackson’s brother Jermaine, said that “numerous stars were just not able to change their schedules to make a live appearance at the Vienna event possible.” He also said he is now looking to hold the event at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Earlier in the week, Jermaine Jackson announced Chris Brown and Mary J. Blige as among the performers, but they quickly denied involvement.  Other musicians reportedly did as well.

    I wish everyone would just leave Jermaine alone!!!!!!! It is pi**ing me off. He knows he is not Michael and he has said it in show Jack5ons Family Dynasty... It is a fantastic show... People keep dogging Jermaine, and I think now he is playing with people and acting like what the media says dictates who he is... Read between the lines, the man is great and not bad for the eyes... Michael however is the hotest man that ever ever lived... Personally I think he is still alive and Moon Walk..... He and Jermaine are the closest both performing as the Jackson 5 and off the stage.. They are like best friends. We need to not judge Jermaine, he is up to something good... I know I am not wrong. Do you people really think that he would be that cold as to put on a show in Vienna so soon after Michaels "supposed?" I think any one would jump on board if it were to pay respects to Michael... SO did they really cancel or were to busy I doubt it and Jermaine is no looooosa so zip it please! With the l.o.v.e.

    London? That is not fair fare! Do you people plan on bringing it here to the U.S.? I want to go badly, but I can not make it to Europe. :( That does not seem fare. I really want to see your show it is gonna rock. Aren't you going to have a movie out as well? I going to go see that for sure... F.Y.I. I cant belive Michael is gone... It is to painful, I am going to live in my happy place Michael is alive and we are going to see that adorable smile again DARNIT!!!!! If I am right, I got it figured out and I am so excited if I am wrong I am just gonna be so sad. People think I am crazy cause I think he is still alive. If I am wrong, I am so sorry to you and your family cause I am not letting him rest in peace and I would feel so awful about that. PLEASE FORGIVE ME if that is the case. Thanks a lot!
