The Harvard Lampoon Creates “Twilight” Spoof: “Nightlight”

According to EW.com, the Harvard Lampoon has tackled their first parody novel in more than four decades. The lucky recipient of the honor is Stephanie Meyers, as the Lampoon has targeted her hit book “Twilight.”

On November 3, “Nightlight” will be published in anticipation of the November 20th release of “New Moon” (the second book of the Saga) in theaters.

Meyers is in good company, as the Lampoon’s prior parodies include “Bored of the Rings” (a spin-off of Tolkien’s fam series), and “Doon,” a take on Frank Herbert’s “Dune.”
