On Sunday night’s “White House Christmas Special,” President Obama told Oprah Winfrey that he deserves a B+ for his first 11 months in office, according to NYDailyNews.com. Obama said his administration deserves credit for winding down the Iraq war, getting the economy on track and calling for a temporary surge in Afghanistan. He said he’s still concerned with health care reform and unemployment, but not with his lowered approval ratings, calling them “inevitable.”

Oprah also interviewed First Lady Michelle Obama, who said the family would be spending their Christmas and New Year’s in President Obama’s native Hawaii. Mrs. Obama showed Winfrey First Dog Bo and the White House’s holiday decorations, including a 390-pound gingerbread house.
