It’s been six years since the world lost six “Friends,” but last night two of them, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow, shared the small screen once again when Kudrow did a guest spot on Cox’s hit show “Cougar Town.” Kudrow played the role of vicious dermatologist Dr. Evans who Cox’s character visits when she wants to get Botox.

Kudrow loved playing the role telling the Associated Press, “I get to play a really mean person, so that’s really fun.”

Fans were excited to see the two actresses reunite:

There is no word yet on whether other former “Friends” castmates will guest on the show. Kudrow spoke to TV Guide Magazine about the possibility of a proper “Friends” reunion. She said she doesn’t “know what circumstances would make that happen. There have been rumors of us reuniting almost since the day the show ended, but nothing has ever been presented to me.”

Several tweeps are holding out hope, with some of them even tweeting star Matthew Perry about it.
