This weekend’s Grammy Awards honored the life and legacy of the late “King of Pop,” Michael Jackson.  Performers Celine Dion, Smokey Robinson, Usher, Carrie Underwood and Jennifer Hudson sang “Earth Song” with a recording of Jackson’s voice to the backdrop of a 3-D film clip Jackson made before he died.  Stars in the audience could be seen donning 3-D glasses for the viewing of the film.

Following the vocal tribute, Robinson announced Jackson was the recipient of the Recording Academy’s Lifetime Achievement Award.  Jackson’s children Paris and Prince accepted the award on his behalf.

Many tweeps were moved by the tribute and reacted strongly to seeing Jackson’s children accept his award.
