Summer’s dance show phenomenon “So You Think You Can Dance” returns on May 27 and brings new judges with it, reports Yahoo! News. Mary Murphy, who has been a judge since 2007, will not be a recurring judge this season, allowing her the opportunity to do more choreographing with the show. Instead, Mia Michaels will be joining the judges’ panel. Michaels has choreographed for Celine Dion and Cirque du Soleil. She won an Emmy in 2007 for  her choreography routine to “Calling You” on “So You Think You Can Dance.”

Adam Shankman, also a choreographer for SYTYCD, will be returning to the show as a judge this season. Shankman directed the 2007 film re-make of “Hairspray,” and has also choreographed music videos for Whitney Houston and Stevie Wonder, among others.

Nigel Lythgoe, co-creator of the dance show, will return as a judge for the show’s seventh season.
