Gleeks everywhere have reason to rejoice early. Despite the fact that the show’s first season has not even wrapped yet, Fox has already renewed  the musical dramedy for a third season, reports EW.com.

“Glee” is currently one of the most popular scripted new series on TV and continues to attract a devoted fanbase. This early pick-up means series creator Ryan Murphy and his team will now have plenty of time to prepare for the upcoming seasons.

Gleeks were elated about the season three pick-up:
