“Britain’s Got Talent” contestant and YouTube sensation Susan Boyle made it past the the semi-finals, Reuters reports.

Boyle sang “Memory” from the long-running Broadway show “Cats” in a sparkly dress that showed off her recent makeover. Her newly dyed brown ‘do and tweezed eyebrows were on full display during the show, and judge Simon Cowell even apologized for not taking her more seriously during her initial audition.

“You made me and everyone else look very stupid and I’m very happy for you, very proud for you,” Cowell said.

Her round one audition of “I Dreamed a Dream” became an overnight YouTube hit with nearly 60 million views since it popped up online last month.
