Super Bowl XLVII – that’s 47 for the Roman Numeral illiterate – will be played in New Orleans, Louisiana, the New Orleans Saints and National Football League announced today.

New Orleans beat out South Florida and Arizona for its 10th Super Bowl, with its last three in 2002, 1997 and 1990.
