Titans coach Jeff Fisher wears Colts jersey
Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher sent fans into a tizzy Tuesday when he sported an Indianapolis Colts football jersey at a charity function.
Fisher revealed the Peyton Manning uniform after introducing former Colts head coach Tony Dungy, saying “I just wanted to feel like a winner.”
The Titans, a legitimate AFC contender last year, started this season off 0-6, while the Colts boast an unblemished 5-0 record.
Many tweeters in Nashville, Tennessee were able to laugh off the controversy:
ericshuff I personally think Jeff Fisher’s joke was pretty funny. I just think it’s going to blow up in a way he doesn’t want. Bad timing. timagee thinks that the uproar over Jeff Fisher wearing a Colts jersey to introduce Tony Dungy, is much ado about nothing. #fb NashvilleSports Did you guys hear what Jeff Fisher did yesterday?
